Weaver Heating & Air is growing, and we’re looking for a Service Manager to help lead our service department with confidence, care, and accountability.

What You’ll Do
As Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily service operations and leading our service technicians to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support service technicians
- Oversee daily service dispatch and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Review service tickets, callbacks, and KPIs
- Manage technician performance, training, and accountability
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing technicians
- Help drive department profitability and efficiency
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and growth
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC service management or lead technician experience
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and service workflows
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to hold people accountable while supporting them
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Experience with dispatching software and service metrics is a plus
