Rudy Weaver founded Weaver Heating & Air in 1973 with a simple mission: provide dependable, honest HVAC service to the people of Bartow County. What began as a two-man commercial and industrial operation has grown—through his work ethic and steady leadership—into one of Northwest Georgia’s most trusted heating and air companies.
Today, Weaver Heating & Air continues under the second generation of leadership with his daughter, Jessie Weaver, carrying forward the same values Rudy built the company on:

Rudy now enjoys life on his family farm in Kingston, GA, where his love of hard work, simplicity, and family reflects the same principles that shaped Weaver Heating & Air for more than 50 years.
Jessie Weaver
Leading the Next Generation of Weaver Heating & Air
As the second-generation leader of Weaver Heating & Air, Jessie Weaver carries forward the values her family built the company on—integrity, transparency, and exceptional customer service—while guiding the business into a modern, customer-first era.
Jessie is deeply involved in the Bartow County community. Her leadership extends through several local organizations:
- Board of Directors – Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce
- Part of multiple Economic Development Authorities
In 2021, she received the Impact Award from the Cartersville-Bartow County Chamber of Commerce—an honor recognizing rising professionals who make meaningful contributions to their organizations and community.
Jessie sees Weaver Heating & Air as more than a service company—it’s a local institution built on decades of family dedication. Her mission is to honor that legacy while preparing the company for the next 50 years of growth and service in Northwest Georgia.
